Choosing your favourite photos is never an easy task! You will have full control over your selection once your preview gallery has been delivered. Depending on the number of favourites you then choose which digital image package and/or prints are best suited for you. On average, I usually deliver around 60-70 images in a preview gallery and the most popular digital image package is the Memories package, offering 25 photos. I always strive to provide a good balance between quantity and quality, ensuring that each photo is carefully selected, edited, and delivered to meet my client's expectations.
After the photoshoot, I will carefully select and lightly edit the best photos from the session. I aim to deliver your preview gallery of photos within 2 weeks and your final images within 4 weeks. Once your images are ready, I will deliver them to you via your online gallery or keepsake memory stick, depending on your chosen package.
Yes, I offer various discounts and promotions throughout the year. For instance, I offer a 10% discount for returning clients when booking full sessions.
Yes, I use photo retouching and editing to enhance the quality of your photos. l use different software and techniques to adjust the exposure, colour, contrast, and other aspects of the photos to improve their overall look and feel. I also retouch small imperfections such as blemishes, stray hairs, small stains and specific requests while maintaining a natural and timeless look. For any retouching my usual approach is anything temporary (spots, scratches, bruises) will be removed and anything permanent stays unless I receive a specific request.
I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your booking. To cancel your booking, I require at least a 48-hour notice prior to the photoshoot. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours of the session, I may need to charge a cancellation fee. I always aim to be flexible with any rescheduling requests and we'll work together to find a solution that works for everyone.
